Product Description

1. The cast & cure  3 D Lens ffilm is also called UV Casting films. It's substrates will be coated with suitable UV varnish on specific area or whole surface, a clear holographic BOPP film is then laminated with the substrate, pass under UV light and UV varnish is cured before separation, holographic pattern is then cast in the UV surface.

Design: we have more than 60 kinds of different hologram pattern, the 3 D lens patteern is available

2. UV process : 
Select a suitable UV varnish which is with good adhesion to the substrate but not easily stick to casting film. The surface tension of substrate should not be low, otherwise the varnish is picked out by the film, reduce the quantity of repeat usage.

How does it work?

UV coating is applied with Cyrel. Screen or Litho plate onto the sheet

UV coating comes into contact with the Cast & Cure film. Releasing an image onto the sheet where the UV coating has been applied

The image in the Cast & Cure film is transferred to the sheet where the UV coating Was applied

The coating is then cured, creating a holographic effect onto the sheet
